Within the aid plan for the internationalization of SMEs in the CV
of the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) for the
exercise 2024, through the SUBSIDY - STRATEGY program
INTERNATIONALIZATION.

The company 8TEES CREATIVE AGENCY SL has participated in carrying out the
project “ INTERNATIONAL DIGITALIZATION STRATEGIC PLAN
DOCTOR COLLECTOR ” with file number: ITCOES/2024/69. This
The project seeks to increase the company's direct sales and reduce the
dependence on international distributors.

 
As specific objectives, the company has carried out a market analysis and
competition, the development of a product strategy applied to E-
Commerce, the design of a Digital Marketing strategy, the development of
a logistics and distribution strategy, the construction of a Legal strategy
and Financial, the design of a Customer Service and sales strategy by
language, as well as the implementation of a Measurement and Optimization strategy of the
Internationalization Plan.

The project has been funded by the Valencian Institute of Competitiveness
Business (IVACE) and by the European Union through the Operational Programme
FEDER of the Valencian Community 2021-2027
