Prices, payments and promotions
1. Prices
The prices at Doctor Collector are in euros and are valid unless typographic error. All the prices include applicable VAT on the order date.
2. Payment methods
We offer different payment methods, for you to choose from the below the one which best fits your preferences.
- Card payment.
- PayPal.
- Shop Pay.
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay.
3. Promo code
You can redeem your promo code once you go to the checkout, at the right hand side, “discount code”, where you'll only need to type the code in the box and press apply.
Please keep in mind the following:
- Make sure you're placing your order with the email registered in Doctor Collector, in case the discount is associated with this email address.
- Enter the code as it appears, without spaces, and distinguishing between upper and lower case. You can also copy and paste it to avoid any mistakes.
- Do not forget to enter the code in this section, as you won't be able to do it later on, and click on the 'apply' buttom.
- The codes are specific and they have terms and conditions to follow.

4. Invoice
f the order confirmation you received by email is not enough, because you need an invoice, please contact us through our customer service https://doctorcollector.com/en-eu/pages/contact We can send you the invoice once you've got your parcel and decided you'll keep the goods.
5. Exchange rate and currency
The payment can only be made in euros. If your payment method currency is different, the card issuer will apply the exchange rate, which we cannot be responsible for. To avoid any exchange rate surprises, we suggest you use a payment method in euros.
Delivery
1. Countries where we deliver:
At present, the following are the countries where we deliver, but we´re constantly working so our products can get to more fans:

In case the order is refused by the addressee at the delivery, Doctor Collector reserves the right to charge the client 100 % of the delivery costs and the return fee to our warehouse.
2. Spain
The orders with a delivery address in Spain , must be placed from our Spanish website.
Keep in mind our warehouse schedule is Monday until Friday, excluding bank holidays. The orders get ready and ship the same day you place the order, or the next working day (not applicable on pre-sales items).
Our shipment methods and prices are the following:
- Correos (max. 72 working hours since the order is sent): 4,50 €. To Spain (mainland), Balears, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra.
- Correos (aprox. 72 working hours since the order is sent): 8,50 €. To Canary Islands.
*Prices include VAT.
3. US
The max delivery timeframe is 5 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse, depending on the delivery address and the shipping method. Our warehouse working hours are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The orders get ready and ship the same day you purchase on our website or next working day (not applicable on pre-sales).
All our orders will be shipped with UPS or USPS, and you´ll get a message/ email with the estimated delivery date. You also can use the estimate shipping calculator on the cart page.
4. Europe, Australia and New Zealand
The delivery timeframe depends on the delivery country, from 2-5 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse. And our warehouse timetable is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The orders get ready and ship the same day you purchase on our website or next working day (not applicable on pre-sales).
These orders get shipped through UPS, and you´ll get a message/ email with the estimated delivery date. You also can use the estimate shipping calculator on the cart page.
5. Where is my order?
If you haven´t got your order yet, and don´t know where it is, we can give you some recommendations which might help you:
- Maybe you´ve received an email/ message with the estimated delivery date. Keep in mind this date is estimated, and the parcel might be delivered before or after. There´re few factors that can affect such as bad weather, shipping company delays or problems, busy times…
- You´ll get an email with your order tracking link, to follow its journey.
- If the order seems as delivered and you haven´t got it, it might be worth to ask someone at your address, your neighbors, or the delivery man might have left it in a safe place.

Product and stock
1. Presales
These are future product launches, which are put on sale on our website. You should receive it around the launch date, it can arrive up to 3-4 days after it goes on sale. If there is any problem, we will contact you.
Pre-orders are usually accompanied by promotional prices, and are usually limited in quantity. When it's gone, it's gone! That's why it's very important to place your order as soon as possible, as some of our products are also limited edition.
Purchasing a pre-sale item is like making a normal purchase, i.e. payment is made at that time. And the item will be shipped when it is available (an estimated delivery date will be provided).
If you purchase both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item is available (we only ship once per order).
2. Are you going to restock the item...?
Some of our items are limited editions, and these products are never restocked.
For standard editions, they may be out of stock at the moment but we are always working in our laboratory to replenish stock as soon as possible.
Next to the out-of-stock item, you can give us your email so that we can notify you once the item is available again (if applicable).
So we recommend that you keep an eye on our website!
3. Price change
Product prices may vary over time due to various reasons such as price increases by suppliers, transport costs, etc. So if you saw a cheaper product on the website a few months ago, you should know that the price currently displayed is the correct one and not the old one.
But our prices can also go down due to temporary offers, so keep an eye on our website or email communications!
4. How long does it stay in the basket?
An item added to the basket is not saved in the store, but in the browser's cookies until payment is completed or the cookies are deleted.
If an item appears out of stock when you complete your order, it may be because too much time has passed since you added the item to your basket. If this happens, we suggest you delete your cookies and start your order from scratch or simply empty your basket.
5. Licenses
Our products are completely original, copyrighted and licensed by Netflix CPX, Amazon Content Service LLC, Universal Studios, Terminator, Sony Pictures and Bethesda Softworks.

Returns and refunds
1. How to make a return
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from DOCTOR COLLECTOR within 14 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased from DOCTOR COLLECTOR returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department: store@doctorcollector.com Do not forget to provide us with the following information when you send us the package back, so that we can process the return without any problem: name and surname, email address and order number.
2. Will you refund my shipping costs?
If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you or you are no longer interested, we will refund the amount of the product provided it is in perfect condition when it reaches us, but not the shipping costs or the return costs.
Shipping costs are something you pay to get the product to the chosen address.
3. Do I have to pay to make a return?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Customers may choose the company that best suits them to send the product back.
4. How long does it take to process a return?
Within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the return, DOCTOR COLLECTOR undertakes to refund the product provided that the product is in good condition.
The time it takes for the return to arrive at our warehouses depends on the country and the shipping method chosen by the customer.
Order issues
1. Defective item.
We are sorry to hear that you received an item in poor condition. We assure you that we check all our products before sending them, but they may be damaged during transport.
In this case, please contact us https://doctorcollector.com/en-eu/pages/contact Don't forget to send us photos so we can see what is damaged and give you the best possible solution. DOCTOR COLLECTOR will cover the costs of the new shipment, if necessary.
Please note that if the packaging is damaged, but not the product itself, this will not be considered defective. Example: the corner of the box containing the Back to the Future Key has been slightly bent, but the key and keychain are in perfect condition, this is not considered defective.
Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.
2. Incorrect article
Our packaging and packing process for items is carefully considered down to the last detail, but we are all human and we can make mistakes, we apologize.
Before contacting us, we suggest you check the order in your Doctor Collector account or the order confirmation email.
If after this, you see that you have received an item that you did not order, please contact us at https://doctorcollector.com/en-eu/pages/contact providing us with as much information as possible. We will give you the best solution as soon as possible.
Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.
3. Something is missing from my order
First of all, we apologize. This is rare as we take the time necessary to prepare orders. But if we have missed something, please contact us at https://doctorcollector.com/en-eu/pages/contact with the information of the missing item, within 7 business days of receiving the package.
Please note that if you order different items, they may be sent separately unless you contact us in time and we can combine all the items into one package.
Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.
4. Can I modify the order?
The easiest way would be to cancel it and place a new order with the correct details, as long as the package is not on its way, since in that case no modifications are possible.

5. Can I cancel the order?
We may cancel your order provided we receive your query and respond to it, and before the goods are shipped. In this case, there will be no cost to you.
If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning the product.

6. I can't see my order in my account
Please note that if you place an order “as a guest”, you do not need to create an account, and therefore you will not be able to see the order in your account.
If you have an account with us, once your order has been successfully placed you will be able to see it in your account. Make sure that the data entered is correct, and that it is the same as the one you used to purchase the items.
If you cannot see the order, we suggest you wait a while, refresh the page, delete the cookies, try from another device or even from another browser.
If you still don't see the order, there may have been a problem and it wasn't placed successfully. And your card issuer may have placed a hold on the funds, which they will release in a few days when they see that the order has not been placed.
Technical
1. Access to my account
You only need to log in! Once you enter your email address, you´ll get an email with a 6 digits code valid for only 15 minutes. As per security reasons, this code changes every time you try to log in to your account, so there is no password to remember either.
2. I can't access the website
We do not have any issues with our website at the moment, so if you are unable to access it, we suggest the following:
- Delete cookies from history.
- Open the browser again.
- Install the latest version of the browser and perform any pending updates

4. I want to unsubscribe from your emails
You have this option available in our promotional emails, at the bottom, where it says “unsubscribe”
5. Do I have to create an account to buy from you?
It is not necessary, but it is recommended. If you prefer, you can purchase your Doctor Collector items as a guest, selecting this option at checkout.
