1. Prices
Prices published on DOCTOR COLLECTOR Spain are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order. For the United States website, prices are in dollars.

2. Different payment methods
We offer different payment options, so you can choose from the following the one that best suits your preferences:
- Payment by card.
- PayPal.
- Amazon Pay.
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay.

At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery as a payment method for our products.

3. Promotional code
Once you are ready to place your order, on the right-hand side (PC/Desktop) “Order Summary”, you will find the “Gift Voucher” section. You will only have to enter your code in this box.
Please note the following:

- Make sure you make the purchase with the email registered with Doctor Collector, in case the discount is associated with this email address.
- Enter the code exactly as it appears, without spaces, and distinguishing between upper and lower case. You can do this by copying and pasting to avoid any errors.
- Don't forget to enter the code in this section, as you won't be able to do it later, and click on the "apply" button.
- The codes are specific and their terms and conditions must be taken into account.

On the other hand, if you are trying to place the order with your mobile phone, you need to go to the bottom of the order, “view details” section. Once this is done, you will have to click on “gift voucher”, enter the code and “apply”.






4. Invoice

If the confirmation of your order that you received by email is not sufficient, as you need an invoice, do not hesitate to contact us through our customer service channel %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%/contact/
We will be able to provide you with the invoice once you have received your order and are not planning to return it.

5. Exchange rates and currency

For orders placed on our Spanish website, with a shipping address in Spain or Andorra, payment can only be made in euros. If the main currency of your payment method is different, your card issuer will make the change according to their exchange rate, for which we cannot be held responsible. Therefore, we suggest that, to avoid surprises, you use a payment method in euros.

For international orders, we suggest you use the currency of that country if possible. Otherwise, the exchange time between currencies will also depend on the issuer of the payment method.

Shipping

1. Countries to which we ship from the Spanish website

From the Spanish website we only ship to:

- Spain
- Andorra.

Please note that for shipping addresses in Spain and Andorra, orders must be placed through Doctor Collector Spain. All other orders will be placed through our international website.

In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient at the time of delivery, DOCTOR COLLECTOR reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the cost of shipping and its return to our warehouses.

2. Spain and Andorra.

First of all, orders with a shipping address in Spain or Andorra must be placed on our Spanish website.

Please note that our warehouse hours are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are prepared and shipped the same day you purchase from our website or the next business day (not applicable to pre-orders).

You can track your package with the tracking number that you will receive by email once you have completed your order.

Our approximate shipping methods and prices (depending on the weight of the package) are as follows:

- Correos (delivery within 72 working hours from the date the order is sent): €5.25. For mainland Spain and Andorra.
- Post Office (maximum 72 working hours from when the order is sent): €10.25. For the Canary Islands.
- Correos (maximum 72 working hours from when the order is sent): €7.25. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

*Prices include VAT.


In any case, in step number 2 when placing the order (shipping), once the address has been entered and taking into account the items in the order, the corresponding shipping costs will be displayed.

3. International

For orders with a shipping address other than Spain or Andorra, these must be made from our international website, choosing the corresponding country.

The maximum delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the time the order leaves the warehouse. And our warehouse hours are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are prepared and shipped the same day you purchase on our website or the next working day (not applicable to pre-sales).

All our international orders will be shipped with UPS, and you will receive a message/email with the estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are:

- Europe: 3 to 5 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Where is my order?

If you have not yet received your order and you do not know where it is, we are going to give you a series of recommendations that may help you:

- You may have received an email/message with the estimated delivery date. Please note that this date, as stated, is an estimate, and the package may be delivered earlier or later. Factors such as bad weather, delays or problems with the shipping company, very busy dates, etc. may affect the delivery.
- You will receive an email with the tracking link for your package, so you can see where it is at all times.
- If the package appears as “delivered” and you don’t have it, it may have been picked up for you by someone at your address, a neighbor, or the delivery person may have left it in a safe place.

Product and stock

1. Presales

These are future product launches, which are put on sale on our website. You should receive it around the launch date, it can arrive up to 3-4 days after it goes on sale. If there is any problem, we will contact you.

Pre-orders are usually accompanied by promotional prices, and are usually limited in quantity. When it's gone, it's gone! That's why it's very important to place your order as soon as possible, as some of our products are also limited edition.

Purchasing a pre-order item is like making a normal purchase, meaning you pay at that time. And the item will be shipped when it is available (you will be notified with the estimated delivery date).

If you purchase both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item is available (we only ship once per order).

2. Are you going to restock the item...?

Some of our items are limited editions, and these products are never restocked.

For standard editions, they may be out of stock at the moment but we are always working in our laboratory to replenish stock as soon as possible.

Next to the out-of-stock item, you can give us your email so that we can notify you once the item is available again (if applicable).

So we recommend that you keep an eye on our website!

3. Price change

Product prices may vary over time due to various reasons such as price increases by suppliers, transport costs, etc. So if you saw a cheaper product on the website a few months ago, you should know that the price currently displayed is the correct one and not the old one.

But our prices can also go down due to temporary offers, so keep an eye on our website or email communications!

4. Can it be saved for later?

Of course, you can save the items you like the most to your wish list! To do this, don't forget to log in to your Doctor Collector account first. Then, just click on the heart that appears to the right of each item when you hover over it. Items are saved for an unlimited time, unless this product is deleted. You can even create different wish lists as you wish.

5. How long does it stay in the basket?

An item added to the basket is not saved in the store, but in the browser's cookies until payment is completed or the cookies are deleted.

If an item appears out of stock when you complete your order, it may be because too much time has passed since you added the item to your basket. If this happens, we suggest you delete your cookies and start your order from scratch or simply empty your basket.

6. Licenses

Our products are completely original, copyrighted and licensed by Universal Studios, Sony Pictures and Bethesda Softworks.

7. Doctor Collector Items

All items are designed exclusively by Doctor Collector.

Returns and Refunds

1. How to make a return

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased from DOCTOR COLLECTOR within 14 days from the date of receipt.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased from DOCTOR COLLECTOR returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department: store@doctorcollector.com

Please do not forget to provide us with the following information when you send the package back to us, so that we can process the return without any problems: name and surname, email address and order number.

2. Will you refund my shipping costs?

If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you or you are no longer interested, we will refund the amount of the product provided it is in perfect condition when it reaches us, but not the shipping costs or the return costs.
Shipping costs are something you pay to get the product to the chosen address.

3. Do I have to pay to make a return?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Customers may choose the company that best suits them to send the product back.

4. How long does it take to process a return?

Within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the return, DOCTOR COLLECTOR undertakes to refund the product provided that the product is in good condition.
The time it takes for the return to arrive at our warehouses depends on the country and the shipping method chosen by the customer.

Problems with the order

1. Defective item.

We are sorry to hear that you received an item in poor condition. We assure you that we check all our products before sending them, but they may be damaged during transport.

In this case, please contact us at %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%/contact/ Please do not forget to send us photos so we can see what is damaged and give you the best possible solution. DOCTOR COLLECTOR will cover the cost of the new shipment, if necessary.


Please note that if the packaging is damaged, but not the product itself, this will not be considered defective. Example: the corner of the box containing the Back to the Future Key has been slightly bent, but the key and keychain are in perfect condition, this is not considered defective.

Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.

2. Incorrect article

Our packaging and packing process for items is carefully done down to the last detail, but we are all human and we can make mistakes, we apologize.

Before contacting us, we suggest you check the order in your Doctor Collector account or the order confirmation email.

If after this, you find that you have received an item that you did not order, please contact us at %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%/contact/ providing us with as much information as possible. We will provide you with the best solution as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.

3. Something is missing from my order

First of all, we apologize. This is rare as we take the time to prepare orders. But if we have missed something, please contact us via %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%/contact/ with the information of the missing item, within 7 business days of receiving your package.

Please note that if you order different items, they may be sent separately unless you contact us in time and we can combine all the items into one package.

Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue.

4. Can I modify the order?

The easiest way would be to cancel it and place a new order with the correct details, as long as the package is not on its way, since in that case no modifications are possible.

5. Can I cancel the order?

We may cancel your order provided we receive your query and respond to it, and before the goods are shipped. In this case, there will be no cost to you.

If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning the product.

6. I can't see my order in my account

Please note that if you place an order “as a guest”, you do not need to create an account, and therefore you will not be able to see the order in your account.

If you have an account with us, once your order has been successfully placed you will be able to see it in your account. Make sure that the data entered is correct, and that it is the same data you used to purchase the items.

If you cannot see the order, we suggest you wait a while, refresh the page, delete the cookies, try from another device or even from another browser.

If you still don't see the order, there may have been a problem and it wasn't placed successfully. And your card issuer may have placed a hold on the funds, which they will release in a few days when they see that the order has not been placed.

Technical support

1. I forgot my password

To recover it, just go to the login section and click on “Have you forgotten your password?” You will receive an email with the steps to follow, and we suggest you check your spam folder just in case.

2. I can't access my account

We suggest you check the following to help you log into your Doctor Collector account:

- Make sure you are using the email address and password you registered with.

- If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link. You will receive an email with the steps to follow. This email may have ended up in your “spam” folder, so take a look just in case.

- Make sure you do not have cookies blocked in your browser, nor blocked any content.

- Try deleting your history, browsing cookies or try logging into your account from another device.

3. I can't access the website

We do not have any issues with our website at the moment, so if you are unable to access it, we suggest the following:

- Delete cookies from history.
- Open the browser again.
- Install the latest version of the browser and perform any pending updates

4. I want to unsubscribe from your emails

You have this option available in our promotional emails, at the bottom, where it says “unsubscribe”

5. Do I have to create an account to buy from you?

It is not necessary, but it is recommended. If you prefer, you can purchase your Doctor Collector items as a guest, selecting this option at checkout.
